FEMALE TELECALLER – OUTBOUND REAL ESTATE SALES

Job Summary
We are looking for a confident, energetic and communication-skilled Female Telecaller to join our real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients, understanding their property requirements and generating qualified leads for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants.
- Understand customer requirements such as location, budget, property type and purpose.
- Introduce and explain available residential and commercial properties.
- Generate and qualify leads through regular follow-ups.
- Schedule property site visits and meetings with interested clients.
- Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups and client requirements.
- Coordinate with the sales team and ensure timely follow-up on leads.
- Build and maintain a positive relationship with prospective clients.
- Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Follow up with existing leads and convert enquiries into site visits and potential transactions.
Candidate Profile
- Female candidate with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in telecalling, telesales, real estate or customer service will be an advantage.
- Fluent in Hindi and English Gujarati (Must); Marathi will be an added advantage.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Good convincing, negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Positive attitude with a target-oriented approach.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, MS Office and CRM/data-entry systems.
- Should be presentable, disciplined and professional.

Compensation
Salary: ₹ 20,000/- to ₹ 25,000/- per month

Full-Time | Tuesday to Sunday
