Profile - Services Advisor

Location - Mumbai

Salary - 18000 to 35000+ incentive

Time - 9.30 to 6.30

Experinces - 4 + Years of Experience at Car Authorized Dealership


Job Description .


  • Customer Interaction: Greet clients warmly, listen to vehicle concerns, and schedule service appointments.
  • Diagnostics & Estimates: Coordinate with service technicians to identify problems, then prepare clear cost and time estimates for labor and parts.
  • Approval & Workflow: Contact customers for authorization on extra repairs and update them on repair progress throughout the day.
  • Administrative Duties: Write detailed repair orders, handle warranty or insurance verifications, order necessary parts, and process final billing.
  • Follow-Up: Call customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and encourage future maintenance.
