Job Description
🔧 Hiring: Service Technician
Company: Karofi Karotech Living India
Position: Service Technician
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Travel Allowance: Provided by the company
- 📌 Job ResponsibilitiesInstallation, servicing, maintenance and repair of company products
- Visit customer locations for service and technical support
- Diagnose and troubleshoot product/service-related issues
- Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints
- Maintain service reports and records
- Coordinate with the service and support team
- Follow company service and safety standards
- 👨🔧 Requirements ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical or related field preferred
- 1–3 years of experience as a Service Technician preferred
- Freshers with relevant technical knowledge may also apply
- Basic troubleshooting and technical skills
- Good communication and customer-handling skills
- Willingness to travel for customer visits
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence preferred
- 💰 Salary & Benefits₹18,000 – ₹25,000/month, based on experience and skills
