• Job ResponsibilitiesSupervise day-to-day construction activities at the building site.
• Monitor civil, structural, finishing, plumbing, electrical and other site-related works.
• Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications and project schedules.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, labourers, vendors and site engineers.
• Check the quality of materials and workmanship used at the site.
• Monitor daily labour attendance, manpower deployment and work progress.
• Maintain daily site reports, work progress records and material consumption records.
• Ensure proper availability and utilization of construction materials at site.
• Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned team for timely resolution.
• Ensure safety procedures and site safety guidelines are followed by all workers.
• Monitor housekeeping and cleanliness of the construction site.
• Coordinate material deliveries, unloading and proper storage at site.
• Verify completed work and report any defects or quality issues.
• Assist in measurements and checking of contractor bills, where required.
• Coordinate with consultants, architects, engineers and management for site-related requirements.
• Ensure work is completed within the given timeline and as per project requirements.
• Carry out regular inspections of the site and provide updates to management.
