Role Overview:

We are hiring a Social Media & Brand Manager to lead digital campaigns, build brand strategies, and manage client communication. You’ll be key in presenting, executing, and optimising branding and marketing efforts for both in-house and client brands.

Key Responsibilities:

 Develop and implement brand strategies and digital marketing plans

 Create and manage social media content across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)

 Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator for B2B lead generation

 Utilise AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva AI, Jasper, Lumen5) for content and campaign automation

 Create marketing pitches, proposals, and collaboration decks for clients

 Present and pitch CVTPL's digital marketing service to potential clients

 Plan and run paid ad campaigns (targeting, budgeting, ROI analysis)

 Build SEO-driven content strategies to improve reach and engagement

 Track, analyse, and report performance metrics across campaigns

 Collaborate with design/content teams to deliver impactful brand messaging

Manage client-facing projects and deliverables with creativity and professionalism

Requirements:

 Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, or Communications

 3-4 years in digital/social media marketing (agency preferred)

 Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Meta Business Suite, and Google Analytics

Experience with AI tools for social media and content automation

Strong skills in branding, copywriting, client communication & multi-project handling
