Store Executive

Maintain and update daily store inventory records and databases in MS Excel.

Maintain inward and outward stock records and ensure proper documentation.

Coordinate with the operations and technical teams regarding material requirements and stock availability.

Track material issuance, returns and stock movements.

Conduct regular stock verification and identify discrepancies.

Prepare daily, weekly and monthly inventory and MIS reports.

Maintain store records in Excel and update stock-related information accurately.

Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for material-related requirements, as needed.

Ensure proper storage, organization and handling of store materials.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in store management, inventory management or a similar role.

Strong knowledge of Advanced MS Excel, including:

VLOOKUP

Pivot Tables

Excel formulas

Data sorting and filtering

Inventory reporting and data management

Good coordination and communication skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining stock records.

Basic computer knowledge and email communication skills.

Experience with Zoho or inventory management software will be an added advantage.
