Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Land Surveyor with a minimum of 8 years of experience in pile foundation works for construction projects.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out setting out and surveying activities for pile foundation works.
• Establish and verify pile locations, coordinates, grid lines, and reference points.
• Perform survey activities for piling works using Total Station, Auto Level, GPS, and other surveying instruments.
• Check pile positions, pile spacing, and alignment as per approved drawings.
• Coordinate with the piling team, site engineers, and project management team.
• Maintain survey records, as-built drawings, and daily survey reports.
• Ensure accuracy of all survey work in accordance with project specifications and approved drawings.
• RequirementsMinimum 8 years of relevant experience in land surveying, particularly in pile foundation works.
• Diploma or relevant qualification in Surveying/Civil Engineering preferred.
• Good knowledge of Total Station, Auto Level, GPS, and survey software.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and pile layout plans.
• Strong technical knowledge, accuracy, and site coordination skills.
