Job Description
Office Location: Goregaon East
Role: Team Lead – Recruitment & Client Management
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team handling white-collar and technical recruitment.
- Handle end-to-end hiring for EPC, Oil & Gas, Construction, Power & Energy, and Infrastructure sectors.
- Manage client relationships, understand requirements, and ensure timely closures.
- Handle positions such as Project Engineers, Planning Engineers, QA/QC, HSE, Procurement, Contracts, Project Managers, etc.
- Monitor team performance, recruitment TAT, submissions, interviews, and closures.
- Coordinate with clients and candidates throughout the recruitment and joining process.
- Train and guide recruiters to achieve team targets
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of recruitment experience with atleast 1 years of team-handling experience.
