Qdigi Services Limited (An Onsitego Company and also known as Qdigi) is a prominent Indian after-sales support provider headquartered in Noida. Founded in July 2012 as a public limited company, it specializes in servicing handheld devices (Mobile phones, Tablets, Cameras) and a wide range of consumer electronics and durables (ACs, TVs, Washing machines, Refrigerators, Microwaves, Water purifiers).

Job Title Team Leader Location Mumbai, Bhopal, Ahmedabad, Noida, Bangalore, Chennai, Cochin, Hyderabad, Bandigarh, Patna/Ranchi, Kolkata Responsibilities: • Daily Follow up with ASP (Authorized Service Partner) for open calls and ensure closure in system • Daily monitoring & Follow up with ASP (Authorized Service Partner) for Defective & Good Inventory Returns • Monitoring of KPI & NPS for assigned ASP (Authorized Service Partner) • Align ASP (Authorized Service Partner) for same day Part ordering, GRN (Good Receipt Note) of parts and part consumption in CRM • Coordination with Brand / Head Office for any concerns till the time resolution not done • Coordination with Head Office for payment/billing related issues for ASP (Authorized Service Partner) • Weekly ASP (Authorized Service Partner) Inventory Audit & update the status to ASM • Vendor Code opening documentation for all newly appointed ASP (Authorized Service Partner) • Ensure on time submission of service and part invoice by ASP (Authorized Service Partner)
