Job SummaryWe are looking for energetic, friendly, and customer-focused Crew Members to support the smooth operation of the restaurant and provide an excellent customer experience.

• Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome customers and provide friendly, efficient service.
• Take customer orders accurately and assist with billing/payment.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards.
• Maintain high standards of Quality, Service, Cleanliness & Value (QSC&V).
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, dining area, counter, and other restaurant areas.
• Follow food safety, health, and workplace safety procedures.
• Work effectively with fellow Crew Members and Managers to achieve daily restaurant goals.
• Refill and maintain stock at assigned workstations.
• Handle customer queries and escalate complaints to the Manager when required.
• Follow company policies, operational procedures, grooming standards, and shift requirements.
• Support different restaurant stations as assigned.
• Participate in training and continuously develop operational and customer-service skills.
• EligibilityMinimum 10th/12th pass, depending on the outlet and franchise requirements.
• Age 18 years or above.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
