• Location: Andheri, Mumbai Job Eligibility Criteria

• Education & Experience: o Graduate Engineer (B.E./B.Tech) in Mechanical/Production with 2–3 years of relevant sales/technical experience. OR o Diploma Engineer in Mechanical/Production with 4–5 years of relevant sales/technical experience.

• Technical Skills: o Knowledge of fabrication with the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings. o Working knowledge of AutoCAD software. o Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.

• Core Competencies: o Self-starter with the ability to work effectively under pressure. o Fluent in English (both verbal and written). o Strong capability to streamline information flow to ensure sound decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Pre-Sales Support: Partner with the sales team and customers to understand precise technical requirements.

•Technical Proposals & RFPs: Design and draft technical details, responses to RFPs, and scopes of work (SOW) for prospective clients.

• Costing & Production Coordination: Seamlessly coordinate with the internal costing team and factory operations.

• Client Advocacy & Troubleshooting: Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients, handling pre/post-sales technical inquiries, diagnosing issues, and collaborating with engineering teams for resolution.

• Internal Collaboration & Design: Handle technical inside sales roles, design requirements, and maintain an effective feedback loop for product improvements.
