Job Description
Experience: 3–5 Years
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and hardware issues.
- Install and configure Windows OS, software, and Microsoft Office.
- Handle basic networking, LAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity issues.
- Provide onsite and remote IT support to customers.
- Troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Outlook, and email-related issues.
- Coordinate warranty claims, repairs, and vendor support.
- Maintain service reports and ensure timely resolution of customer complaints.
Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of hardware, software, Windows OS, and networking.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft 365 and IT infrastructure.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations.
Qualification: Diploma / Degree in IT or Computer Science.
