Job Description
Job Purpose
To provide ground-level support during new service connection and service line laying activities.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in carrying and handling material (cables, meters, hardware) for new connection work.
• Support service line laying, meter box fixing and site preparation under Technician supervision.
• Help maintain a clean and safe work site during and after installation.
• Assist in transporting material between store and site locations.
• Report any site issues or safety hazards to the Technician/Junior Engineer.
Skills & Competencies Required
• Basic physical fitness for manual field support work
• Willingness to follow instructions and work as part of a field team
• Basic safety awareness
