1. Job SummaryWe are looking for an enthusiastic, confident, and result-oriented Telecaller / Telesales Executive to generate business leads, connect with prospective customers, follow up with existing clients, and support the sales team in achieving business targets.

The candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to convert customer inquiries into potential sales opportunities.

• 2. Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers and generate new business leads.
• Contact existing customers for repeat orders, product requirements, and business opportunities.
• Explain company products, features, pricing, and benefits to customers over the phone.
• Generate leads for thermal inkjet printers, printing cartridges, coding solutions, packaging materials, and packaging machinery.
• Follow up on inquiries received through IndiaMART, websites, social media, and other business platforms.
• Maintain daily call records, customer databases, lead status, and follow-up schedules.
• Schedule appointments and arrange product demonstrations for the sales team.
• Coordinate with sales executives for quotations, order status, and customer requirements.
• Follow up on quotations and pending inquiries to improve lead conversion.
• Achieve daily calling targets, lead generation targets, and monthly sales objectives.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports of calls made, leads generated, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Maintain professional relationships with customers and ensure a positive customer experience.
• 3. Skills & QualificationsMinimum HSC (12th Pass); graduates preferred.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and English; Marathi is an advantage.
• Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and CRM or lead management systems.
• Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused personality.
• Good follow-up skills and the ability to handle customer objections.
• Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
• Prior experience in B2B telecalling, telesales, or lead generation is an advantage.
• 4. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Number of outbound calls made per day.
• Number of qualified leads generated.
• Number of customer follow-ups completed.
• Number of appointments or product demonstrations scheduled.
• Inquiry-to-lead and lead-to-order conversion rates.
• Revenue generated through telecalling.
• Accuracy of customer data and daily reporting.
