Job Description
Job Role: Telecaller – Lead Generation
Process: HDFC Loyalty Banking
Qualification: HSC (12th Pass) or above
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Salary: ₹14,000/month for females | ₹13,800/month for males
Incentives: Daily incentives based on performance
Shift Timing: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM
Week Off: Rotational
Location: Bhandup West, Mumbai (10 minutes walking distance from the station)
Job Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through outbound calls.
- Communicate professionally with potential customers.
- Explain banking products and services.
- Follow up with interested customers.
- Achieve daily lead generation targets.
Eligibility: Good communication skills and a willingness to work in a target-oriented environment.
