Telecaller Cum Computer Operator

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Telecaller Cum Computer Operator to handle customer communication, sales calls, and day-to-day computer-based office work. The candidate will be responsible for contacting business customers, generating leads, maintaining records, and supporting routine office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to B2B and SMB customers.

Explain products and services and understand customer requirements.

Generate leads and follow up with potential customers.

Maintain regular communication with existing and prospective customers.

Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information.

Update customer details, call records, and sales data in the system.

Perform data entry and prepare basic reports using computer applications.

Manage emails, documents, spreadsheets, and other office-related tasks.

Coordinate with the sales team for lead follow-ups and customer requirements.

Maintain accurate records and complete assigned tasks within deadlines.

Requirements:

Education: Graduate

English: Basic English

Experience: Minimum 6 months

Knowledge of B2B Sales and SMB Sales.

Good telephone communication and customer-handling skills.

Basic computer and data-entry skills.

Familiarity with MS Word, MS Excel, email, and internet applications.

Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Shift: Day (Full Time)

Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹40,000 per month

Fixed: ₹20,000 - ₹40,000
