Job Description

  • Job Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential clients and customers.
  • Explain the company's services, including Security Guards, Bouncers, Housekeeping, and Facility Management.
  • Generate leads and follow up with prospective clients.
  • Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Maintain daily calling records and update client information.
  • Schedule meetings and coordinate with the Operations Team.
  • Follow up with existing clients and maintain good customer relationships.
  • Required Skills:Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
  • Confident and professional telephone etiquette.
  • Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills.
  • Ability to convince customers and generate leads.
  • Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
