About FinClick 360FinClick 360 is a financial intelligence platform designed for MSMEs and businesses using Tally.

It helps business owners access meaningful financial insights through interactive dashboards, debtor tracking, document management and business intelligence.

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Telecaller to connect with business owners, generate qualified leads and drive product demonstrations and paid subscriptions.

Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Calling

• Make 80–100 outbound calls daily to prospective MSMEs and businesses.
• Connect with business owners, directors, finance managers and accountants.
• Identify businesses using Tally.
• Generate interest in FinClick 360 and explain its key benefits.
• Build and maintain a database of qualified prospects.

2. Product Promotion

• Explain FinClick 360's features and benefits in simple business language.
• Communicate how businesses can monitor sales, receivables, cash flow and profitability.
• Explain how FinClick 360 works alongside Tally.
• Share product brochures, demo links and promotional messages through WhatsApp.

3. Demo Scheduling

• Identify interested prospects and schedule product demonstrations.
• Coordinate with the founder/sales team for demos.
• Ensure prospects attend scheduled demonstrations.
• Follow up with prospects after demonstrations.

4. Follow-ups & Conversion

• Follow up with interested prospects.
• Handle basic queries and objections.
• Communicate subscription pricing and offers.
• Assist in converting prospects into paying customers.
• Maintain regular contact with warm leads.

5. CRM & Reporting

• Update every call outcome in CRM.
• Maintain lead status: New, Contacted, Interested, Demo Scheduled, Demo Completed, Follow-up and Converted.
• Submit daily calling and lead-generation reports.

Required Skills

Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.

• Marathi communication skills will be an advantage.
• Confidence in speaking with business owners and professionals.
• Basic understanding of accounting, Tally or business finance preferred.
• Good persuasion and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable using Excel, CRM and WhatsApp.
• Target-oriented and disciplined.
• CompensationFixed salary: ₹12,000–₹18,000 per month, depending on experience.
• Performance incentives for qualified demos and paid customer conversions.
