Job Description

We are looking for a confident, well-spoken telecaller to connect with prospective students and parents and support admissions.

Responsibilities

  • Call students and parents to explain courses, eligibility and the admission process.
  • Follow up on enquiries and schedule counselling sessions or campus visits.
  • Answer admission-related questions and guide applicants.
  • Maintain accurate lead records and daily calling reports.
  • Coordinate with the admissions team to achieve enrolment targets.

Requirements

  • Good communication skills in Hindi and English; Marathi preferred.
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Excel or CRM tools.
  • Strong follow-up and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in education telecalling or admissions counselling preferred.
