Job Title: BPO Telecaller
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused BPO Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, assisting customers with their queries, providing information about products and services, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Explain products, services, and offers to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when required.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and performance targets.
