Job Description
- Roles & ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound sales calls to promote the company's products and services.
- Convert customer inquiries and leads into successful sales opportunities.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
- Explain product features, pricing, offers, and benefits clearly.
- Generate leads and follow up with prospective customers to maximize conversions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer objections professionally and close sales effectively.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and issue resolution.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and market trends.
- Deliver excellent customer service while following company sales processes and compliance guidelines.
