Job Responsibilities
- Connect with customers through Calls, Chats & Emails based on provided leads.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Convert leads into successful sales through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records of customer leads and interactions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Follow up with potential customers to maximize conversions.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and performance goals.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Customer-focused attitude with a passion for sales.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic sales environment.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
Work Timings:
- 6 Days Working
- 1 Rotational Week Off
- Rotational Shifts
- 9 Hours Full-Time Role (including 1-hour break)
