Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Guest Service: Greet customers warmly, present menus, and offer recommendations.
  • Order Management: Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them clearly to the kitchen or bar.
  • Table Maintenance: Set up tables with clean linen, cutlery, and glassware, and clear plates between courses.
  • Cleanliness & Safety: Follow food hygiene and safety rules, keep side stations stocked, and maintain a tidy environment.
  • Billing: Handle guest bills and process payments accurately. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]



Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Communication: Friendly, polite, and clear speaking skills.
  • Multitasking: Ability to work fast during busy hours.
  • Knowledge: Basic understanding of menu items, food safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to stand and walk for long shifts
