We’re looking for a hands-on Warehouse Manager to take full ownership of inventory accuracy, dispatch efficiency, and equipment readiness across our Mumbai warehouse. This is a critical role — every rental order, sale, and return passes through your hands.
Maintain accurate real-time inventory of all rental and sale equipment (oxygen concentrators, BiPAP/CPAP machines, hospital beds, wheelchairs, etc.)
• Manage stock receiving, quality checks, sanitization, and storage
• Coordinate daily dispatch and delivery schedules with the logistics/delivery team
• Process equipment returns — inspect, clean, service, and restock
• Track rental renewals and flag overdue equipment for pickup
• Maintain records of serial numbers, maintenance history, and service due dates
• Manage warehouse staff, if any, and ensure safety/hygiene standards
• Report stock discrepancies, damages, and reorder needs to management
