Job Description
Administration cum Accounts Executive.
We are looking for a responsible and motivated Administration cum Accounts Executive to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Day-to-day office administration and coordination
• Basic accounting, invoicing and payment follow-ups
• Maintaining records, documentation and filing
• Coordination with vendors, customers and internal teams
• Handling emails, correspondence and routine office work
• Supporting accounts and administrative activities
Preferred Skills:
• Good knowledge of MS Office – Excel & Word
• Basic knowledge of Accounts / Tally
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Well-organized and able to handle multiple responsibilities
• Knowledge/experience in Government, GeM or other tender documentation will be an added advantage
Qualification: Graduate / B.Com preferred
Experience: Relevant experience in Administration & Accounts preferred
💰 Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 per month
