Job Description
Senior Accountant – Oberoi Society Accounts
Location: Goregaon East, Mumbai
Experience: 2–5 Years
Employment Type: Full-Time
- Key Responsibilities
- Handle complete accounting and bookkeeping of the society.
- Record receipts, payments, expenses, income and journal entries.
- Maintain and reconcile bank, ledger and member accounts.
- Handle society billing, maintenance collections and outstanding follow-up.
- Prepare monthly/periodic financial reports and schedules.
- Maintain proper accounting documentation and supporting.
- Coordinate for audit, statutory compliance and queries.
- Prepare accounts and working papers up to finalization.
- Coordinate with the Society Committee, vendors and auditors.
- Identify accounting discrepancies and resolve them independently.
Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Working Days: 6 days a week
Sunday: No weekly off on Sunday
Weekly Off: One day per week on a weekday, as decided by the Management based on operational requirements.
