Accounts Executive - Payables

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Executive to join our Finance team. If you have a strong understanding of accounts payable processes, GST, TDS, and bank reconciliations, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices accurately and ensure timely payments.

• Verify invoices against purchase orders, contracts, and supporting documents.

• Prepare and execute vendor payments through approved payment methods.

• Perform vendor reconciliations and resolve invoice and payment discrepancies.

• Prepare and maintain periodic Bank Reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records.

• Ensure compliance with GST and TDS regulations, including accurate tax deductions and documentation.

• Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve payment, tax, and invoice related queries.

• Maintain accurate vendor master data and accounts payable records.

• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.

• Prepare MIS reports and support internal, statutory, and tax audits.

• Identify opportunities to improve accounts payable processes and strengthen financial controls.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

• 2–5 years of experience in Accounts Payable or Finance.

• Strong working knowledge of Accounts Payable, GST, TDS, and Bank Reconciliation.

• Proficiency in ERP systems ( Oracle, Tally, NetSuite, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
