Job Description

Key Responsibilities


• Handle inbound and outbound calls/messages from prospective students and parents

• Explain course offerings, fee structure, batch schedules, and admission process clearly

• Follow up consistently with leads to convert inquiries into enrollments

• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM/Excel

• Meet weekly/monthly admission targets

• Coordinate with the academic team for counselling sessions, demo classes, or webinars

• Address queries/concerns and build trust with parents and students
