Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage team shifts and operational rosters to ensure smooth and seamless day-to-day operations.
• Drive additional revenue streams beyond walk-in customers, including weekly community events, birthday parties, group bookings, and corporate events.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, institutions, corporate clients, and community groups such as biking groups to enhance brand visibility and drive location awareness.
• Provide backend support to the accounts team
• Deliver exceptional on-site customer service by welcoming and assisting guests in person, effectively communicating ticket pricing,packages, and promotional offers to support sales and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Manage daily track operations and ensure smooth functioning of the facility.
• Coordinate with track staff, technicians, front desk, and other operational teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Maintain high standards of customer service, professionalism, and operational efficiency.

Experience Required: 1–3 years

Shift Timings -  2pm to 11am or 6pm to 3am (Rotational)

Weekly Off: Inbetween Weekday
