Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and versatile professional to join our team as a Operations Executive + Marketing & Sales Coordinator. This multi-functional position is ideal for a proactive individual with strong coordination skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting and executing marketing initiatives, coordinating sales activities, and contributing to overall business growth. This position requires a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of marketing principles. The successful candidate will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure the smooth execution of campaigns and sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operations Management:

1.Maintain and update sales, purchase, and inventory records

2.Prepare delivery challans, and related documents

3.Enter and manage data in Excel

4.Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts teams

5.Track orders, dispatch status, and stock updates

6.Handle email communication and internal reporting

7.Ensure proper filing and documentation of records

2. Marketing & Sales:

1.Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals

2.Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers

3.Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business

4.Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals

5.Negotiate contracts and close deals

6.Maintain accurate records of sales activities 

7.Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities

8.Coordinate with marketing and customer support teams
