Job Description

Handling complete back-office operations for loan files (LAP Loan, Business Loan, Home Loan).

• Checking and verification of KYC documents, bank statements, and loan application forms.

• Login of files in system / portal and coordination with sales team. 

• Follow-up with Banks / NBFCs for approvals, queries, and disbursement status. 

• Maintaining MIS, Excel reports, and daily login / disbursement trackers. 

• Coordination with Credit, Sales, and Payout teams for smooth processing.

• Resolving discrepancies and documentation queries. 

• Handling payout-related documentation and case confirmations.
