As a Business Development Manager at Bada Finance, you’ll act as a trusted Financial Solutions Expert — connecting with pre-qualified customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them towards the best top-up loan solutions, while building long-term relationships and unlocking strong earning potential

1. Pre-qualified customers only — you speak to customers who already have a loan and may be eligible for a top-up.

2. Flexible calling targets —Automated calling system — calls are automatically generated through the dialer, and connected calls continue through the system.
