Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of Italian, Chaat, and Chinese dishes as per required standards.
• Maintain consistency in taste, quality, presentation, and portion control.
• Handle daily kitchen operations and ensure timely food preparation.
• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards in the kitchen.
• Manage ingredients, minimize wastage, and maintain proper stock levels.
• Assist in menu preparation and introduce new dishes when required.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of kitchen equipment.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during busy hours.

Requirements

• Prior professional experience as a Chef is mandatory.
• Strong hands-on experience in Italian, Chaat, and Chinese cuisine.
• Good knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and presentation.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Good understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety.
• Candidates who can independently handle the required cuisines will be preferred.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on experience and skills.
