Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee interior execution at project sites. The role involves coordinating with designers, contractors, and vendors to ensure the timely, high-quality completion of interior works as per drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day Civil execution work at the site

• Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, BOQ, and specifications

• Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other contractors

• Monitor quality, safety, and workmanship standards

• Manage site materials, tools, and manpower effectively

• Coordinate with project manager, designers, and clients for smooth execution

• Identify and resolve site issues proactively

• Ensure timely completion of work as per the project schedule

• Prepare daily site progress reports and material requirement reports

• Ensure compliance with safety norms and company policies

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering

• 1–3 years of experience in interior fit-out/furniture / retail interiors

• Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and execution methods

• Ability to read and understand drawings and BOQ

• Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Willingness to travel or stay at project sites

Preferred Experience

• Experience in retail, commercial, or residential interior projects

• Hands-on experience in modular furniture, carpentry, and finishing works
