Job Title - CUSTOMER SUPPORT ASSOCIATE

Work Timings & Days: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday)

Position – Consultant

WORK ARRANGEMENTS & LOGISTICS

• Work Mode: Hybrid5 days a week (9am to 5pm)
• Work from Home: 3 Days (9am to 5pm) and In-Clinic (Andheri West - if needed to manage any patient events else continue work from home): 2 days (9am to 5pm)
• Field Presence: Required to attend outside Diet Health Camps / Corporate events if any within Mumbai locations (Monthly average: 3 to 4 times). Commute and meal charges for attending outside events will be provided additionally
• Weekend schedules – Will be informed in advance if required and will be paid on a per day basis
• Technical Setup: Candidate must have a reliable computer/laptop and a secure internet connection for Work from Home duties. Data privacy to be followed as per business policies.
• Skills - Good communication skills a must. Any Prior Front desk/ Customer support / medical nutrition related jobs / phlebologist role experience will be beneficial
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English, Hindi

CUSTOMER SUPPORT RESPONSIBILITIES

• Customer Enquiry Management: Maintain complete understanding of services, plans, and pricing. Address enquiries using standard FAQs and handle escalations.
• Appointment & Calendar Management: Handle scheduling and consultation bookings for in-clinic visits, including partner management for place availability
• Manage Meeting Calendar: Setup meetings (ZOHO / Google Meets), manage meeting calendar and communications over email, WhatsApp, phone.
• Patient engagement for health assessment forms, pre-appointment data collection, patient profiles, and medical history interactions. Support Body Mass Index (BMI) and Body Composition Analysis (BCA) activities during in-clinic visits, events, and camps

DATA ENTRY & REPORTING (SYSTEM OPERATIONS)

• Data entries for New and existing patients on web portal and systems
• Capture patient data, oversee online patient assessment form filling via the website
• Manage Excel sheet for daily updates and reporting.
• Manage WhatsApp chats using the provided system panel.
