Looking for Data Entry Operator, A Data Entry Operator inputs, updates, and maintains accurate digital records and databases for an organization
Key Responsibilities
- Data Input: Type text and numerical information from paper documents, PDFs, or audio files into spreadsheets and databases.
- Verification: Check figures and text against source documents to find and fix errors.
- Record Maintenance: Update existing files, organize digital archives, and scan or print documents when needed.
- Data Security: Follow privacy rules to keep sensitive company and customer information safe.
- Backup Creation: Perform routine data backups to prevent information loss.
