B2B & Dispatch Executive

Role Overview

Responsible for managing B2B billing and records, coordinating daily dispatch operations, ensuring accurate order packing, and overseeing outlet product transfers.

Key Responsibilities

* Prepare and issue B2B client invoices accurately and on time.

* Maintain and regularly update B2B Excel sheets, client records, and dispatch data.

* Conduct and record vehicle temperature checks every morning before dispatch.

* Maintain accurate daily dispatch records for all B2B and outlet deliveries.

* Coordinate and process product transfers between outlets.

* Supervise the packaging team to ensure B2B and outlet orders are packed correctly and securely.

* Cross-check all products against the respective invoices/order sheets before dispatch.

* Ensure correct quantity, product, packaging, and labelling before handing over orders for delivery.

* Coordinate with the production, packaging, and dispatch teams to ensure smooth and timely dispatches.

* Immediately report any discrepancies, missing products, damaged packaging, or dispatch issues to the concerned team.

Key Skills

* Good knowledge of Excel and basic billing/invoicing

* Strong attention to detail

* Good coordination and communication skills

* Ability to manage multiple dispatches simultaneously

* Experience in B2B operations, bakery/food production, logistics, or dispatch will be preferred.
