Key Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of Amazon.com and eBay.com seller accounts.
• Create, update, and optimize product listings.
• Manage product titles, descriptions, bullet points, keywords, images, sizes, colors, and variations.
• Process and monitor customer orders from order placement to delivery.
• Respond to Amazon and eBay buyer messages professionally and promptly.
• Handle customer complaints, returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations.
• Monitor Amazon Account Health and eBay Seller Performance.
• Manage negative feedback, claims, cases, and disputes.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with the production team for stock availability.
• Coordinate with the shipping team for dispatch, tracking, and delivery issues.
• Monitor competitors, pricing, and product performance.
• Manage promotions, discounts, coupons, and eBay offers.
• Assist in managing Amazon PPC/advertising campaigns and monitor performance.
• Analyze sales, traffic, conversion, advertising, and product performance reports.
• Identify opportunities to improve product visibility, rankings, and sales.
• Maintain daily/weekly reports for orders, sales, inventory, returns, and advertising.
• Ensure marketplace policies and seller requirements are followed.
• Coordinate with management, production, packing, and shipping teams.
• Take responsibility for resolving day-to-day marketplace issues independently.
