Your main job? Find the right people, start conversations, build relationships and convert opportunities into clients.

• 🎯 What Will You Do?🔍 Identify and generate new sales leads through calls, WhatsApp, Investor awareness programes , networking, references, etc.
• 📞 Connect with potential customers and understand their financial needs.
• 💰 Generate business opportunities for:

• Mutual Funds
• Life Insurance
• Health Insurance
• Financial Planning & Investment Solutions
• 🤝 Schedule meetings between prospects and our advisory team.
• 🔄 Follow up with leads and convert prospects into clients.
• 📊 Maintain daily lead, follow-up and sales activity records.
• 🎯 Work towards monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• ❤️ Build long-term relationships with clients instead of just making one-time sales.
• 🧠 What Are We Looking For?Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Confident talking to new people.
• Strong interest in Sales & Business Development.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Good follow-up skills — you don't give up after one call!
• Basic knowledge of Mutual Funds or Insurance is a plus.
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, Excel and digital tools.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

👨‍💻 Experience0–3 years of sales/business development experience preferred.

Freshers are welcome if you have the right attitude, communication skills and hunger to succeed.
