Job Description
- Print invoices, shipping labels, and daily order documentation.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately for dispatch.
- Maintain daily dispatch counts and accurate shipment manifests.
- Coordinate timely handover of shipments to logistics partners.
- Track shipment movement and proactively flag delays or delivery issues.
- Accept and process return and exchange requests as per company policy.
- Verify returned products for quality, accuracy, and eligibility.
- Update return status and maintain accurate reverse-logistics records.
- Coordinate with the customer support team regarding return and exchange queries.
- Ensure packaging meets brand standards and protects products during transit.
- Maintain an organised dispatch and returns area.
- Assist with periodic stock checks and report discrepancies or damages.
- Monitor inventory levels and identify fast-moving products nearing stock-out.
- Coordinate with procurement/production teams for timely replenishment.
- Support smooth operations during peak dispatch periods.
- Maintain accurate records using basic computer systems and order-management tools.
