Hiring: Trainers, dieticians, sales, operations, housekeeping & support staff.

Manpower Planning: Ensure every branch/department is adequately staffed.

Attendance & Payroll: Attendance, leaves, salaries, incentives, commissions & deductions.

Trainer Performance: Track productivity, client handling, PT conversions, retention & targets.

Sales Team Performance: Monitor targets, conversions, follow-ups, incentives & accountability.

Discipline & Grooming: Punctuality, dress code, behaviour, communication & professional conduct.

Gym Ethos: Build a strong service-first, fitness-focused and performance-driven culture.

SOP Implementation: Ensure staff follow gym processes consistently across departments.

Onboarding: Proper induction, role clarity, policies, targets & training for every new hire.

Performance Reviews: Probation, monthly reviews, appraisals, promotions & performance improvement plans.

Employee Issues: Handle grievances, conflicts, misconduct and team dynamics.

Retention: Identify high performers, improve employee engagement and reduce unnecessary attrition.

Training & Development: Upskill staff in customer service, sales, communication and gym operations.

Documentation & Compliance: Contracts, employee files, policies and statutory HR requirements.

Exit Management: Resignation, notice period, handover, exit interview & full-and-final settlement.

HR Reporting: Weekly/monthly dashboard on headcount, hiring, attendance, attrition, payroll & performance.

Management Coordination: Keep the Founder/Management updated on critical people and performance issues.
