Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:Complete Recruitment & Manpower Planning
  • Candidate sourcing, screening and interview coordination
  • Employee joining, induction and documentation
  • Daily Attendance & Leave Management
  • Salary and payroll data coordination
  • Employee discipline and SOP compliance
  • Daily reporting and employee performance monitoring
  • Employee engagement and retention
  • Training and employee development
  • Handling employee grievances and HR-related issues
  • Maintaining HR records and MIS reports
  • Weekly and monthly HR reporting to Management
  • Managing HR software including attendance, leave and task management
  • Ensuring Company HR policies and SOPs are properly implemented
