About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telesales Executive to join our team for handling Dubai clients. The candidate will be responsible for calling international leads (UAE/Dubai-based parents), explaining our premium kids’ photoshoot events, and converting leads into confirmed bookings.

This role requires strong communication skills, confidence in international calling, and the ability to close sales professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to Dubai-based hot leads (data provided by the company).
• Explain our kids' brand photoshoot event, packages, pricing, and event details clearly.
• Handle international customer queries professionally and confidently.
• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable packages.
• Convert leads into confirmed bookings and achieve sales targets.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with interested clients.
• Update CRM/system with accurate lead status and call records.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly conversion targets.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication skills (Fluent English mandatory).
• Neutral accent preferred for international calling.
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
• Confident in handling Dubai/UAE clients.
• Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
• Target-driven and self-motivated personality.

Eligibility

• Minimum HSC/Graduate preferred.
• Prior experience in telesales/international sales/customer service preferred.
• Experience in events, hospitality, or premium services is an added advantage.
