Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Recruiter with a minimum of 1 year of recruitment experience to join our Talent Acquisition team.

The candidate will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, following up with candidates, and supporting the team in meeting hiring requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial telephonic screening of candidates.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Coordinate offer and joining formalities.
• Support the recruitment team in achieving hiring targets.
• Prepare and maintain daily/weekly recruitment reports.
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition.
• Experience with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills.
• Good follow-up and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle multiple job requirements.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Compensation & Joining

Job Location & Working Days: Andheri West, Mumbai (10 minutes' walk from Andheri West Station)

Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM / 10 AM to 7 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturday Off)
