Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Home Loan Processing Executive to handle the end-to-end processing of home loan applications. The candidate will coordinate with customers, banks/NBFCs, and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely processing of loan applications.

• Key Responsibilities
• Collect and verify documents required for home loan applications.
• Check customer eligibility and documentation as per lender requirements.
• Coordinate with banks and NBFCs regarding loan applications.
• Follow up on pending documents, approvals, sanctions, and disbursements.
• Coordinate with customers throughout the loan processing cycle.
• Maintain and update customer and loan application records.
• Track applications and provide regular status updates.
• Coordinate with sales teams, customers, banking partners, and other departments.
• Resolve documentation and processing-related queries.
• Ensure accurate and timely submission of loan files.
• Maintain proper records of sanctioned, rejected, and disbursed cases.
• Requirements
• 0–2 years of experience in Home Loan, Mortgage, Banking, NBFC, BFSI, or Loan Processing preferred.
• Freshers with good communication and documentation skills can apply.
• Basic knowledge of home loan processes and documentation.
• Good follow-up and coordination skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
• Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
