Job Description

MIS Executive

Working Hours (Flexible):

9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Working Days:

1st and 3rd Saturday: Half-day working

2nd and 4th Saturday: Off

Sunday: Off

about role

The MIS Executive is responsible for collecting, maintaining, analyzing, and presenting business data through accurate reports and dashboards. The role supports management by providing timely insights, ensuring data accuracy, and improving reporting processes.


Key Responsibilities

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

Collect, validate, and maintain data from various departments.

Generate reports using Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools.

Analyze business data and identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities.

Create dashboards and presentations for management.

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality.

Maintain databases and update records regularly.

Coordinate with different teams to gather required information.

Automate repetitive reports wherever possible.

Support management with ad hoc reports and data analysis.
