Job Description

  • Collect cheques from customers in the market.
  • Deposit cheques in the bank.
  • Give bank deposit slips to the accounts team.
  • Take care of cheques and office papers.
  • Keep the office clean and tidy.
  • Clean tables, chairs and the pantry area.
  • Make and serve tea and coffee to staff and visitors.
  • Keep drinking water ready for staff and visitors.
  • Take care of office stationery like pens, paper, files and other items.
  • Inform the office when stationery or other items are running low.
  • Help with photocopying, filing and other small office work.
  • Go to the market, bank or other places for office work when required.
  • Follow instructions given by seniors.
  • Complete all work on time.
