Purchase & Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Handle purchase and sales of IT hardware products such as laptops, desktops, servers, networking equipment, printers, CCTV, AV products and accessories.
• Coordinate with OEMs, distributors and vendors for product availability, pricing, quotations and delivery.
• Prepare and send quotations, purchase orders and sales orders.
• Identify suitable products based on customer requirements and provide alternate/competitive options.
• Follow up with vendors for orders, dispatches, deliveries and warranty/RMA issues.
• Follow up with customers for enquiries, quotations, orders and payments.
• Maintain updated vendor and product price lists.
• Coordinate with the technical and accounts teams for smooth order execution.
• Develop and maintain good relationships with customers, vendors and distributors.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of IT hardware and networking products.
• Good negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to compare product specifications and pricing.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word and email.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Customer-oriented and target-driven approach.

Preferred

• Experience in an IT System Integrator, IT Reseller or Distribution Company.
• Knowledge of brands such as HP, Dell, Lenovo, Acer, Asus, Cisco, TP-Link, Hikvision, Logitech, Yealink, etc.
