Job Description

  • Generate and follow up on leads through various channels.
  • Understand clients’ property requirements, budget, and preferences.
  • Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, amenities, and offers to prospective clients.
  • Schedule and conduct property/project site visits.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers.
  • Negotiate with clients and assist in closing property deals.
  • Achieve monthly sales and booking targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, and closures.
  • Coordinate with the sales, marketing, and closing teams for smooth deal execution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competing projects, pricing, and property developments.
  • Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update CRM regularly.
