Job Description

  • Supervise and coordinate the service team during operations.
  • Ensure proper table setup, guest service, and timely order execution.
  • Take orders accurately and ensure special requests are communicated to the kitchen.
  • Monitor food quality, presentation, and service timing.
  • Handle guest queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
  • Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, grooming, and service standards are maintained.
  • Monitor table status and coordinate with the kitchen and stewarding team.
  • Conduct pre-shift briefings and allocate staff sections.
  • Check billing, order accuracy, and payment processes.
  • Monitor stock of service items and report shortages.
  • Train and guide junior service staff.
  • Ensure opening, shift-change, and closing checklists are completed.
  • Report operational issues and daily performance to the Restaurant Manager.
